There's a button you can click to check which apps may be uninstalled. tho it may uninstall apps that you've added since. Restore will not erase your Documents, Pictures, etc. It doesn't have to be the most recent date. Look for a date where your RTX eGPU was known to be working. Make sure to click on Show hidden Restore points. Run the Restore wizard (right-click on your computer name in a Windows folder, then click Security - Protection). But if not, there still may be a valid Restore point you can use. ![]() Hopefully you created a Restore point after you got your eGPU working. However, before you do that you may want to consider trying the Windows Restore feature. I wasted some time downloading each previous Nvidia driver one at a time, installing and getting the same Windows incompatibility error each time.įinally I lost patience and scrolled to the bottom of the Nvidia driver page and downloaded version 441.20, installed it and it worked!
